What is “coaching”? 💡

Coaching is us partnering together in thought-provoking and creative process that empowers you to rectify situational / strategic challenges and inspires you to maximize your potential.

Your personal success is the focus of attention.

I help you uncover root obstacles and guide you to create experiments & actions.

You envision who & where you want to be, establish where you’re at now, consider challenges I pose from any blind spots or limiting beliefs I observe, and then your inner intelligence naturally unlocks answers inside to create actions & experiments to go where you want to go.

I’ll help you reflect and learn along the way to ensure the impact of your actions are aligned to your vision - and if not, guide you to course correct or revisit your vision and values.

1:1 coaching

Free Intro Session (for Monthly Subscription): We partner within a 60-minute conversation to understand what you really want and what’s getting in the way of getting what you want.

Coaching Packages: You choose between a 6 session or 12 session package. These create a cadence of accountability as you strive to realize your goals.

Cadence: I recommend a twice per month cadence. I ask you to choose fixed days/times for 2 60-minute sessions per month. I’m open to discussing other arrangements as they make sense.

Support:

  • Choosing experiments – Coaching sessions plant seeds. What happens in between the sessions is what makes those seeds grow. We’ll set up some specific experiments at the end of each session. I’ll follow up on those experiments between sessions to see what’s working, what’s not, and what can be tweaked. (I prefer the term experiment as there’s no failure coming out of experimentation, just more knowledge about the self.)
  • Checking in between sessions – I’ll check in with you in the way that works best for you every couple of weeks unless you prefer to communicate more often. I’ll respond to your email or text within a business week.
  • Sending Resources – Upon request I’ll provide resources – articles, books, podcasts, videos – that help you reinforce the wisdom you unlock during our sessions.

Ad Hoc Coaching: This allows you to work with me on a session by session basis. You will receive a 60-minute session and a monthly check-in. (I offer ad hoc coaching to those who have engaged with at least a 6-session package .)
